About & Authors

Hello…we are two cute RES own by Novroz.

I’m writing this 1st post on behave both of us. We are Kame and Kroten. We decided to make this blog, of course with the help of our mommy :)

Some of the post in here will be written in past tense because we are going to tell you some stories that happened before we make this blog. We will then continue with our present life.

Mommy had made Kame’s journal and Kroten’s journal on her blog…but it uses Indonesian language, here…we will be using English all the way. We will share our life with you…if you are willing to read it.

    • You have just reminded me that I haven’t put subscription button on this blog. Having more than one blog tends to make me forget which widget I haven’t put.

Thank you for following my turtles’ blog :)
      And yes I think you’ve find a way to follow this blog,tho I don’t know how ;)
I received a notification on my mail saying you have followed me….thank you so much, all three of us are grateful *group hug*

  1. Hiya, I just wanted to say that I’ve finally found your turtles’ blog and I really like it. And I like them, they’re beautiful. And, yes, you were right, they are proper pets, aren’t they? You seem to have a wonderful relationship with them.George and I are looking forward to seeing what they’ll be up to next.

  2. HI! this is lovely and very helpful blog i found a very useful informations for my baby turtle :)
how long are you keeping your beautiful turtles? can they eat chicken and tuna?
    Thank you!

    • Thank you, Srna :)
Nice to know that my turtle blog can give some information.

I have them in different time, Kame will be 5 years this coming October and Kroten will be 3 years this March 19.

How big is your baby turtle? Chicken and Tuna contained a lot of protein. You can only give it as a treat, a snack once a month. Too much protein will cause obesity and pyramiding.
I used to give chicken almost everyday to Kame (I didn’t know the right way to raise a turtle back then), and now Kame has mild pyramiding. It has decreased a little since I put her in healthy diet
