Did you notice that we haven’t been blogging since last Monday…well, we had some problems with the internet and we didn’t have post on schedule, we are all glad that things have worked okay again now. We will be visiting you guys soon 🙂
The months is almost over and we really have to publish our Share Your Pets post before July is over. However, this next guest post is just TOOOOOO long, mommy is a bit busy and even though she isn’t busy, she didn’t want to translate such long post…So sorry Firman.
To make it up, we also put the original writing on page 2, he uses normal Bahasa Indonesia (without making some words shorter than it used to be…like what my mommy did when she writes in our native language)…since he uses normal Bahasa, then you can use google translate without any problems 😉
We, mommy and I, are going to summarize his writing.
This month’s Share Your Pets comes from Firman who owned 3 turtles, Turtwig, Squirtle and Tortera.
He bought Turtwig in September 2011 without knowing that he had shell rot, just like my sister Kroten. He tended him nicely. Turtwig is really shy, he always sits on the bottom of the pond.
In January 2012, his nephew gave him a little turtle. He called him Squirtle. Squirtle is very tiny. Being a shy turtle made it easy for Turtwig to accept little Squirtle. They often bask together, their relationship is really close.
In March 2012, he got Tortera from his cousin. Tortera was the biggest out of all his turtles. Tortera is very aggressive, she bit Firman once. She also bit his young niece’s finger. He has tried to make her less aggressive.
Although he promised to take good care of his turtles, he once gave the turtles away to his relative 😦 (Thank God mommy will never give us away no matter what. Knowing that she cried over Kame for days…even till this day she sometimes held back her tears…makes me sure that as long as I live she will look after me with love and care)…but he then told us that his turtles are now with him again. He heard that news about a month ago. We hope they are still with him.
Thank you Firman for sharing your story, unfortunately we couldn’t translate all your words due to its length 🙂
