If this is your first visit, you can check Part 1: Keeping Up With Two active Turtles and Part 2: The Escape Artists.

Now…what did the escapees do when they were out of their pen?

Wandering on the front yard.

…and finally got bored and went home to climb onto my lap and my hand.

Wandering in the front yard

Trying to hide in the grass

And finally got bored and went home

While the little ones who had just escaped from their prison cardboard pen got bored and returned to their home, the eldest one stayed on the spot to continue enjoying the sunlight.

She shifted position when the sun was no longer shinning on the previous spot

I just looked at her till she decided that enough with the sun and come home.

I hope you enjoy this last part of Day out series 🙂

Will be shared for Wordless Wednesday and Thursday Thirteen.

      Thank you easy 🙂
They know where their home is but I still have to keep an eye on them

This is wonderful. Seeing your videos has truly inspired me. I have a yellow bellied slider. I have had Mizu since she was a baby. She is only 8 months old and I’m already in love. I want her to be really happy and I hope she can be as responsive as your turtles. I love her very much. I will continue to read these stories and continue to be inspired by people here.

        Hi Maynor …
I am glad the video inspired you and I wish you the best of luck with your Mizu 🙂

Love your turtles. Are they hard to care for?

    • Novroz says:

      Thank you Carol.

Not really. The only tiring part is cleaning their tanks and changing the water. Other than that, they are easy to take care

  3. Binky says:

So I guess they’re all Homing Turtles if you give them enough time.

  4. Looks like all three had a fun adventure in the sun!

  5. They were probably looking for water, cardboard boxes don’t have any

  6. Aww… looks like they enjoyed their walk!

How adorable! Kroten looks so relaxed, all splayed out in the sunshine.

Your turtles are all so cute! They look like they were so curious about the yard. I’m glad that they all came back home when they finished checking everything out. 🙂 They are such sweet turtles!

    • Novroz says:

      Thank you Robin 🙂

But that’s not always the case, Kroten will always return home but the two are not a guarantee yet so I still have to watch them closely.
