Innalillahi wa innalillahi rojiun (We belong to Allah and to Allah we shall return)
Kurome has followed his sister, Kame. Today my husband found him upside down in his tank. After giving him CPR, we finally let him go. His passing leave deep sadness in our family as he is the cutest out of three and we love him deeply.
Both me and my husband felt terribly sad. We still couldn’t believe that he has gone. 😭😭😭
I think he was drown. My husband also think the same, he wasn’t feeling well and too tired to climb to his basking area. My husband remembered how Kuro often sit quietly in the corner of our house, unlike his typical active turtle.
Thank you for the more than 5 years you have given me. Thank you for all the memories of your affection. Thank you for being the sweetest pet turtle. We love you and will never forget you.
I am so sorry I haven’t been taken care of the three of you like before since I have Anka. I promise I will do my best for Kroten and Papoe from now on.
Good bye Kurome, say hi to Kame and my Mom.
I am grateful to have a caring husband and son, who were there to help me bury Kurome and to be there feeling equally sad as I am. Thank you to both men of my life. You guys make it easier for me to let Kuro go. I am still terribly sad but they help me become stronger (unlike when Kame passed away)
