I don’t know whether you notice it or not that my little brother has been running the blog by himself for a full week…Well, I was doing my strike against dieting and refused to blog.

Temporary Being Abandoned

Dear Friend…

We wrote this because we are temporary being abandoned and forgotten by our dearest mommy because her most favorite band in the whole wide world is about to hold a concert soon.

She has been a fan since 11 years ago and in her ears, eyes and mind…this band from Japan called L’Arc~en~Ciel is the best band EVER!! She had been waiting to see their concert for 11 years and it will be her first dream that ever comes true.

You might have noticed that our last post was on Wednesday, April 25. We  haven’t posted since then…it is because mommy was and still is rarely home, we couldn’t turn on the computer by ourselves…hence no new post and we haven’t read any posts by you.

We don’t want to disturb mommy’s dream…therefore, we let ourselves being abandoned by her both in taking care of us and of our blog.

See you all soon after all these festivity is over…we bet she won’t be able to think straight after the concert.

Well Papoe…let’s just take care of ourselves for a while.

I plan to teach this talent to Papoe as he gets bigger…but for now, I am the sole perpetrator.

The water in our house is not so good…no scratch that, the water is terrible. We learned that as the days gone by.

We have to buy water for drinking. The water can be drunk without being cooked. The water is usually available in a 19 liters plastic gallon>>>

Mommy even use it to fill half of my tank (the other half with our house water but has been filtered first).

Anyway…let’s get to the real fun

I have been good girl lately…therefore, I want to share my old mischief this Monday…well I believe this is more like Mommy’s mischief than mine.

This mischief happened when we were still in our old house. (Caution: Lots of photos, it might take times to fully load them all)

Enjoying The Sun in Our New House

Yosh!! Mommy finally had extra time at home which only meant 1 thing, we got more time to play with her and more time enjoying the sun.

This house is different to our old house, we have no green grass at all now (if you see a photo of me between trees and grass, those were photo from the old house.). The sun doesn’t shine on the front side of our house at morning, therefore we have our sun time in the afternoon.

Since I am already trustworthy, due to my age (almost 4 years now), mommy let me to enjoy the sun on the ground. She knows that I love sunlight very much and I will not run away. This house has a gate, she trusted me in the house without a gate let along the house with a gate

Good Bye Kame…We Will Miss You With All Our Heart

So sorry to give you this sudden bad news…we were so devastated here…it all  came so suddenly, I wished I could tell her why she died…but I couldn’t speak.

Mommy came home today just to find my sister had laid unmoving on the bottom of our shared tank.

She was so shocked to find her loved one not welcoming her home.

My sweet sweet sister…why did you go so fast?

Move to a New House

We finally moved to our new house. Mommy decided to live together with her brother and our human cousin, Rio. You can read more about why we moved out in Mommy’s blog.

Moving is a very tiresome thing,not only for human but also for us, turtles. In the process, some turtles could become stress. Kame was a bit stressed the first time we moved (I wasn’t part of the family back then) but she got used to it now. I showed no change at all when we moved on Sunday

Here are the preparation before we left our old house:

First, mommy put us in one tank. She used Kame’s tank to put our basking area, filter and other things that belong to us.

The water level is enough for us to move around easily but not too much so that it won’t be too heavy to lift.

Last week, we posted about the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and we also said that we wanted to be one of the ninjas.
